Job Description
Corporate Channel: Manager Sales
To sell corporate card as a expense management product to various corporates
Need to maintain excellent relationship with State Bank officials to get business/leads from their existing clients.
Manage relationships with existing clients & get more business from them.
Profile would include getting the corporate on board & getting their account set up.
Need to liaison with the corporate from time to time to ensure smooth operations. Would also be responsible to get business from non-bank channel as well.
5-6 years of total work experience with at-least 2 years’ experience in corporate sales/Business Development. The candidate should have excellent communication skills & should be presentable. Should be meticulous & have an eye for details.
Should have excellent relationship with key stake holders. Candidate must have excellent PowerPoint skills.
Branch Sales: AM
Drive sales of credit cards through State Bank group branches.
Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
Build and nurture relationships with the branch managers, key employees and the Regional Managers.
Single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day to day operations.
Update the branches on all approvals, declines, incentives earned etc.
Train and motivate key branch employee
MBAs with 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Retails Sales: Sr Executive; AM
Meet the targeted number of new accounts for the city. Maintain adequate number of feet on street in the city. Monitor Sales Executives efficiency in terms of productivity.
Ensure Suitable scale operation of the SSPs.
Maintaining cost of acquisition at the required level. Development and maintenance of major sales channels.
Ensure appropriate training to Sales Executives.
Ensure customer acquisition as per the sourcing mix
Co Brands: Sr Executive, AM:
Key relationship based sourcing of Co-Branded credit cards in the city / region through multiple alliance partnerships with strategic business partners like Tata group, Aditya Birla group, Maruti, Dena Bank, Catholic syrian Bank etc
Sales and Product Mix targets, encompassing the basic numbers as assigned in the business plan, to build up a profitable portfolio
Cost targets as assigned in the business plan, to ensure that required productivity levels are met so as to keep the Operational Expenses within the budgeted parameters
Managing a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Associates & MIS executives for implementing marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales and product mix targets
Market mapping and opportunity analysis of the business potential with the strategic business partner in the location
Managing the relationship with the alliance partner at the front line stage, at the stores / branches / retail outlets
Distribution Channel Management – recruiting, training and managing Sales Teams and Sales Associates for sales and promotional activities
To conduct business within the laid down compliance norms
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Parameters:
Full Time MBA – Marketing/Finance (Amity, ICFAI, IILM, IIPM, BIMT, IMT, University etc.)
